Standard Reservation and Cancellation conditions

A 100% deposit is required to confirm this reservation Only written cancellations will be accepted. Ensure to receive an acknowledgement of cancelations from reservations. In the event of notification of cancellation, the following cancellation fee shall apply on the full booking: 25% on the total invoice value will be charged if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival 50% on the total invoice value will be charged if cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival 100% on the total invoice value will be charged if cancelled less than 07 days prior to arrival

Animals

The Royal St. Andrews Hotel, Conference Centre & Spa does not accommodate pets.

Children

This policy applies to all children from 0 up to including 12 years old.

A maximum of two children under the age of 12 years are allowed to share a room with parents in the luxury wing only.

No Children under the age of 12 are allowed to stay in the Heritage wing.

Children sharing with parents are accommodated on roll out mattresses in the room.

There is no accommodation charge for children under the age of 12 years sharing with Parents, but the child must pay for all meals, including breakfast.

Parking

Car park is free of charge to all hotel guests and space reservation is not required.
